Singkong Balado

Material:
1 kg of cassava, thinly sliced round
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1 / 4 tsp vinegar
100 gr sugar

Refined:
Curly red chillies 100 gr
1 / 2 teaspoon salt

Method:
1. Cassava slices fried in hot oil until cooked and dry, remove and drain.
2. Heat 4 tablespoons of cooking oil used to fry the cassava. Saute the spice paste until fragrant, put the sugar, stir, add vinegar, stir, turn off the heat.
3. Enter fried cassava, stir ingredients until well blended. Let cool, store in a jar.
